“Real Marriage”- Starts January 22
Pastor Yeshua Stathos will be teaching a Sunday morning series based on Mark Driscoll’s new book “Real Marriage”. We will follow up Sunday sermons on Wednesday nights with short videos of Mark and his wife Grace of Mars Hill Church in Seattle and then apply the Biblical truths of marriage in UFC tribe community groups. Marriage is a wonderful gift, but it takes work, growth in Christ and patience to love the other more than ourselves. Single individuals will be ahead of the curve after hearing these truths that will transform their dating life and shape their future marriage.

We have already read and had extensive discussions on the first 2 chapters of the Driscolls’ book. There is much to be learned, to be meditated on, and perhaps repented of as the Driscolls take us through some of the pain and triumph of their marriage and point us to God’s Word. We urge you: make the time to be a part of this focus of teaching and growth. Unless you think you have a perfect marriage or already know everything on this matter, none of us can afford to stiff-arm the Holy Spirit as He leads us into conformance to the character of Jesus and the extension of His Kingdom in and through us.
